Bao Viet will indemnify the Insured all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay for compensation in respect of

1. Personal injury

2. Property damage

3. Advertising liability

as a result of any Claim first made against the Insured during the Period of Insurance and reported to the Company during the Period of Insurance as a result of an Occurrence which first commences on and after the retroactive date specified in schedule, and happening in connection with the Insured's Business or Products.
