Combihealth Insurance

- The benefit shall come into effect after the waiting period of 30 days since the date of premium payment in case of normal illness/ diseases

- In case of special diseases or pre-existing conditions, this Benefit shall come into effect after 12 months of continuous coverage.

- Continuous renewal policies shall come into effect immediately after the Policyholder pays the premium to BAOVIET for the subsequent period.

Bao Viet shall not be liable to pay any claims caused by the following reasons:

1. Willful misconduct of the Insured Person or the legal heir;

2. Violation of law, regulations and other rules of the local authorities or social bodies, violation of traffic regulations of the Insured Person. However, the Policy extends to pay the benefits for Insured Person who has reached the minimum driving age drives the vehicles without a legal driver’s license or while his license is invalid or ineligible, subject to the maximum limit of 50% of the sum insured specified in Policy.

3. The Insured person is affected by drug or other similar stimulants, using alcohol, beer exceeding levels permitted by the regulations.

4. The Insured takes part in aviation activities other than as a licensed fare-paying passengers, participates in military rehearsals training, fights in armed forces.

5. Earthquake, volcano, radioactive contamination, civil war, strike.
